Here are a few answers to the most important questions:
We currently have the following 3D printers:
We currently have the following materials (1.75mm each):
New:
You are also welcome to use your own materials. Please discuss special materials (carbon, TPU) in advance and do not use them with the installed nozzle and AMS!
The following accessories are also available:
And for other 3D printers there are also various 2.85mm filament rolls.
Club members can print for themselves after a short briefing. One of the printers (Bambulab P1S) is connected to the Internet and you can start printing from the comfort of your own home.
This is how it works:
1️⃣ Download Bambu Studio
Download and install Bambu Studio. The printer cannot be used without this software.
2️⃣ Get access data
If you are already a club member, you can receive the login details to print independently. Simply send an email to the laser distributor lasern@listen.konglomerat.org 🧑💻 We also have a Telegram group, the link for which you can also ask the distributor.
Alternatively, the software is also installed on the laser laptop so that you can print directly on site.
3️⃣ Select profile
Select the Bambu Lab P1S 0.4 nozzle print profile.
4️⃣ Select filament (AMS system)
The printer is equipped with an AMS (Automatic Material System), which always has several different filaments available.
In Bambu Studio you can see which filaments are currently loaded.
5️⃣ Check before printing
Make sure that there is no more finished print on the printing plate.
You can check the current print status with the webcam (under Device).
6️⃣ Remove print
If the print cannot be easily removed: Remove the print plate, bend it slightly and the print should come off.
⚠️ Please always leave the printer switched on! It automatically goes into stand-by mode.
We recommend a donation of 2-5 € per 100g filament. Bambustudio shows the required amount of filament and a cost estimate even before you start printing
If you still have 1.75mm filament lying around that is not needed, we would be happy to receive material donations.
